Broomfield Folk Group, celebrating 25
Broomfield Folk Group are celebrating 25 years of music and song and to mark this momentous occasion, they have recorded a CD of the favourite hymns and songs from the past 25 years.
The CD is available in An Eaglaise, Phil Woods, Castleblayney, Birdys Carrickmacross. The CD is 12 euros and proceeds from it will go to the Broomfield Grotto and Temple Street Hospital.
St Michael Little Scholars
St Michael Little Scholars is a Playschool, Afterschool & Breakfast Club which currently has places available. The Afterschool Club is starting back up their activities again. Kickboxing is back except now it is a club so that children can be graded for their belts. Irish dancing, drama and swiming will also be returning. We look forward to seeing new faces. Contact Emma on 042 969 2720 if you have any queries. Our AGM and information night on the free playschool year is on Thursday, 1st of October @ 8pm in the centre. A parent from each family must attend.
