A PRAYER FOR OUR BISHOP AND DIOCESE
Lord, we pray for Liam our Bishop.
Help him to be a wise teacher, a kindly pastor, a builder of faith.
Fill his life and work with the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Be his guiding light and constant help all his days.
We pray for all the people of our Diocese.
Make us firm in our faith, generous in our love, faithful in our prayer.
Help us to work together to give glory to You and love to all others.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

TAX RELIEF SCHEME IN THE PARISH OF DONAGHMOYNE
The Parish of Donaghmoyne as one of the Parishes of the Diocese of Clogher is a Registered Charity and therefore we are eligible to reclaim P.A.Y.E. tax paid on yearly contributions of €250.00 or in excess of that amount. These contributions have to be made through the envelope system or by cheque or direct debit and are recorded in the Parish. It does not cost anything extra to the eligible person who contributes to the Parish. The person provides their P.P.S. No. and signs a Form which is kept in the Parish. The Parish as a Registered Charity can then reclaim the tax paid on the total amount on all signed forms. If you would like to know more about this scheme, please ring 9743617. Over the coming months the priest will make contact with people who may be eligible to take part in the scheme.
